Nadine Alkiswany is an accomplished attorney with over a decade of experience in navigating complex business issues across a spectrum of industries, from small family-owned businesses to major public and privately held corporations, including those within the “Big 4.” Driven by a passion for fostering growth and serving the community, Nadine collaborates closely with business owners and decision-makers to deliver impactful business, tax, and legal solutions.

Nadine studied at South Texas College of Law Houston, where she graduated with Pro Bono Honors, recognizing her dedication and contributions to the Randall O. Sorrels Legal  Clinics in tax. Her leadership skills were evident on campus as she excelled in executive roles among several student organizations. Nadine also graduated a semester early and her commitment to global socio-economic and political issues was further demonstrated when she represented her peers as an international delegate to a law and policy tour in a high-conflict zone.

Further honing her expertise, Nadine earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Houston Law Center. She launched her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in mergers and acquisitions tax within the Big 4 accounting firm. Today, Nadine operates her own private tax and legal practice, collaborating with esteemed law firms in Texas and New York to provide exceptional business, tax, and legal services.

Licensed to practice law in Texas and New York, Nadine is also admitted to the Southern District of Texas and the United States Tax Court. She actively contributes to the legal community as a member of the State Bar Association of Texas’s Tax Section and the Muslim Bar Association of Houston. Her commitment to pro bono work is reflected in her volunteer efforts with Houston Volunteer Lawyers.

Fluent in Spanish, Nadine has a rich cultural background, having lived in and frequently visiting Mexico and the United Arab Emirates. She resides in the vibrant inner loop of Houston, Texas, where she enjoys running, practicing yoga, and quality time with her friends, family, and her German Shepherd, Winnie.
