Serkan Aykut is a bilingual, internationally experienced attorney focusing on business and corporate law. He has worked both in-house and at law firms, handling matters on both domestic and global scales across various industries. Serkan is well-versed in both common law and civil law systems, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, contract law, corporate law, international trade law, and other commercial law matters and transactions spanning over a decade.
Serkan graduated from the Istanbul University Faculty of Law in Turkey and further enhanced his expertise by earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Law from the University of Houston Law Center.
He is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York and is fluent in Turkish. In his spare time, Serkan enjoys history and golf.
