Murtaza Doctor is an attorney licensed to practice in Texas, focusing on transactional matters, corporate governance, and general counsel services. He earned his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2025, where he served as an editor for the Journal of International Law & Business and as a Student Attorney in the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center.
During his time at Northwestern, Murtaza advised startups and emerging companies on trademark registration, corporate governance, and contractual compliance.
Murtaza received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, he co-founded a real estate company focused on residential redevelopment projects throughout San Antonio, gaining experience in business operations and project management.
