Snovia Moiz

Snovia Moiz is an attorney licensed to practice in Texas with a focus on transactional matters, corporate governance, and general counsel services. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2024, where she spent her time interning at the National Immigration Law Center (2022) and as a summer associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan (2023).
Before law school, Snovia worked with the in-house legal department at Google, supporting corporate and regulatory initiatives in the technology sector. She also gained valuable experience in law firms and in chambers while completing her undergraduate studies.
Snovia graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with University Honors every semester. She earned Departmental Honors in International Relations & Global Studies and was a part of the Liberal Arts Honors program.
Drawing on her background in both private practice and in-house settings, Snovia is particularly interested in helping companies navigate complex business and governance issues with practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
